Request graphic files of certification marks issued by IMQ

The following form can be used by customers who have obtained IMQ certification and have already received from IMQ certification secretariats the relevant graphic files. The form is aimed at requesting a second sending of the graphic files (necessary for example in case of loss of the original files) and/or support for the correct use

The applicant declares that he needs a second sending of the graphic files relating to the certifications obtained, that the request only relates to the certifications already obtained and that in the reproduction he will observe the indications contained in the Regulation for the use of the marks issued by IMQ.
